Delivery
Available regions, methods, cost and estimated timing are displayed or agreed before order confirmation. Timing may change for reasons beyond control; the customer will be notified.
Receiving an order
On receipt, inspect the packaging, model, contents and visible damage. Report any issue promptly and keep packaging, documents and photographs.
Cancellation and return
An order may be cancelled before dispatch unless law or the individual nature of the product requires otherwise. Returns of conforming goods are available within statutory time and condition requirements.
Defective goods
If a defect is found, the customer may exercise remedies provided by law. Diagnostics may be required to determine the nature and cause of the defect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued through an available method after the product and claim are reviewed. A bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
